Apple Watch Heart Sensor

Hey there,

I have owned an Apple Watch Sport for a while sometime running on the latest update (2.2.2), now the watch doesn't always give the correct reading for some reason, oddly the watch will also give me a reading even if I'm not wearing it in the first place, is this a manufacture defect, or something else that needs attention from apple itself ?
